Background:  A quarterly benchmarking study conducted for an enterprise client had been using the same documents and procedures for a couple of years.

Goal: In an effort to address pain points experienced by both survey participants (fatigue, confusion) and researchers (productivity, response quality), a redesign of the distribution process as well as the screener and survey documents was completed, piloted and executed.
